Disney at Hogwarts: 5/8 by Eira1893 Disney at Hogwarts: 5/8 by Eira1893
Featuring: Cinderella and Prince Henry "Charming" of Cinderella. (My sisters tell me that I made him look too old...c'est la vie!) Yes, I know, "Cinderella has blonde hair!" Well, I am basing this off the FILM, not the franchise. I wanted to make her as close to the original artwork as I could and I did not feel that the unnaturally yellow blonde hair was appropriate.

I didn't even think about it at the time, but now I really wish I had made Cinderella and Belle from Beauxbatons since they're both French. That would have been super cute and I might do a second DA exclusive version with them in Beauxbatons costumes because that would be really cute.... I was just so set on their sortings!

I'm not a big fan of crossovers of any kind, but for some reason I was just motivated to do this series. It was good practice, anyway, and fun. Might possibly continue the series later with more characters and villains.
Once they're all finished, I'll put up a big "group photo".
Hope you enjoy :) (Smile)

(--I guess I'll sort these under Harry Potter stuff?--)

I WILL be doing a second round of Disney at Hogwarts characters! However, it won't be for a while because I am in the middle of a move and I likely will not have a decent scanner for a while once I'm in my new flat. If anyone would like to suggest some DISNEY CHARACTERS (they MUST be in the DISNEY UNIVERSE and they must already be HUMAN or humanoid--no animals) then please leave a comment either on this page or on one of the pictures comments sections and I will take them into consideration! :)

Sorry about the watermarks, guys. I did these a little late--I didn't think they would get this popular, but so many people have been stealing these :(

5/8: here!

Keep looking for more coming later!

Not a problem! :-)

I absolutely love that you kept Cinderella's hair that color. I hate the bleach blond that they use in the merchandising so it's really nice to see her with her natural hair color.

I understand most of the Sortings (and agree with a lot, if not all of them), but I don't understand Prince Charming in Gryffindor.  Honestly, he's in the movie so little that I can't really see him in any house and I know you had to put him somewhere, I was just wondering why you chose Gryffindor?  :)
Also, I like that you made her hair darker and can definitely see why she's in Hufflepuff.  She's very hard-working!

Let's see...Prince Charming. As you said, there's not a whole lot of material to go off of in the movie. I am saddened to admit that I DID watch the multiple sequels in search of a housing choice, but even then was kind of stuck in the land of "Blah, what?"
So, I guess, the main reason that I chose Gryffindor for him was because of what the title "Prince Charming" symbolizes in every day context. We except a "Prince Charming" to be handsome, strong, courteous, noble, brave, yadayadayada. Basically, we expect "Prince Charming" to be the epitome of Gryffindor, without the potential for overzealous pride and ego. Which is unrealistic, but what I based it on none-the-less. I didn't think he fit at ALL in Ravenclaw, and he didn't seem to have all the humility and sensitivity as a Hufflepuff, but he didn't seem to be ambitious to me in the least--if he'd been Slytherin material, I don't think he would have stood for having a ball thrown to meet a woman and then spend all his time trying to find her with only a shoe to go off of.
In short, I suppose by putting him in Gryffindor it was my way of saying, "Gee, if he had more of a part in the movie, I would hope that he'd have these traits".

Hope that's satisfying enough :) I'm glad you like the choices I made for Cinderella!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one that knows his name is Henry. :3

I've heard that his name is Christopher. I love this series btw. ;p

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoy these!
Hmm. I know his name is Christopher in the Rogers and Hammerstein (movie) version, but I don't know about the official animated Disney one. Henry makes sense to me as an option since it takes place in France, but still, not sure. I think it'd be a little weird with him being named Christopher now that there's a Kristoff.....but hey, what do I know? Do I get to contribute to Disney productions? No. I do not. In my dreams.

My dreams too. Thinking about it I think Henry suits him more. Not that he's really given a chance to show his personality... He's one of Disney's least characterized characters! ;p Thanks for responding btw!

I thought it was Giselle. I'm glad I came to your actual page to confirm who this was! Without her signature ballroom coiff, or her bandana, Cindy is harder to recognize than I'd have thought, but you DO have her face, and I also like the not-super-yellow blond hair. :) I love this series! Great work!

I've never been a fan of the blonde Cinderella. Disney has too many blondes and she was never originally depicted as blonde but kinda a gingery-light brown color, so it makes me really happy that you stuck with the original color scheme for her. Thank you :)

You know what I like in this one ? Cinderella is NOT blond ! And thank you very much for that ! Your job is amazing btw ! (:

"In the franchise and in the Disney parks, Cinderella's hair is publicized as bright yellow, making her a golden blonde, although her hair remained orange-like in the films. The most common consensus is that she is a strawberry-blonde, which is blonde hair bearing an orange tint."
Biioness Featured By Owner Apr 5, 2014
Still brilliant artwork, the hair just makes her look too different is all.

These are all amazing! :D
