Disney at Hogwarts: 8/8 by Eira1893 Disney at Hogwarts: 8/8 by Eira1893
Aaaaand, last but not least...

Featuring: Tiana and Prince Naveen of Princess and the Frog. I loved the body language of his pose here, so of course I was mean and borrowed it.

I'm not a big fan of crossovers of any kind, but for some reason I was just motivated to do this series. It was good practice, anyway, and fun. Might possibly continue the series later with more characters and villains.

As for now, these are done with! I'm still considering putting up a big group shot with all the people, but it keeps crashing my program so I might not be able to complete it.

Hope you enjoy :) (Smile)

(--I guess I'll sort these under Harry Potter stuff?--)

******UPDATE:******

I WILL be doing a second round of Disney at Hogwarts characters! However, it won't be for a while because I am in the middle of a move and I likely will not have a decent scanner for a while once I'm in my new flat. If anyone would like to suggest some DISNEY CHARACTERS (they MUST be in the DISNEY UNIVERSE and they must already be HUMAN or humanoid--no animals) then please leave a comment either on this page or on one of the pictures comments sections and I will take them into consideration! :)

Sorry about the watermarks, guys. I did these a little late--I didn't think they would get this popular, but so many people have been stealing these :(

Yay! Tiana's a Hufflepuff like me! Tiana would like being in Hufflepuff, considering we're right next to the kitchens. I could just imagine her asking the elves if she could help with the preparation of the food. :)

Tiana is the embodiment of a Hufflepuff, I'm glad to see her in the common room every now and again. By chance, is there a reason why you put Naveen in Slytherin? I'm really curious. And I'm curious to know if you're going to do Mulan and Shang soon.

Taken from a previous reply: "[Naveen is placed in Slytherin] based on his personality primarily at the start of the film. He's dead set on retaining his power (which in this case is his wealth and influence) so much so that he plans to woo and marry Charlotte so that he will have access to her title and inheritance. At that point, he was very self-serving in the way that he was willing to help Tiana BECAUSE it benefit him. He's also very charismatic, which I tend to equate with Slytherins,"
I'm only just starting on the second round, due to lack of free-time/being swamped at work. Once I have all of them completed, I'll be posting them pretty much in a mass upload.

I see Tiana as a Slytherin because she's so ambitious, it's what stood out to me and what I find most admirable about her character. In fact, I'd argue that Tiana is more a Slytherin than Prince Naveen; he didn't seem to have ambition or direction in his life and he didn't seem particularly cunning either while Tiana knew what she wanted and went for it. As an added bonus she looks really good in green. She is hardworking like a Hufflepuff though but then again she's hardworking to fulfill her ambition. It could be argued though that part of her ambition was because of her loyalty to her father but then Slytherins are loyal to "their own kind" and she could've gotten her ambition from her father. Wow, Tiana is complex.

But a Slytherin never puts the others before him/her. She puts Naveen first.

That's not true though, they put other people before themselves, at least those close to them, they take care of their "own kind". Just because someone's a Slytherin doesn't mean they're heartless. Unfortunately, we don't get to see many "good" Slytherins but there are a few examples of putting others before themselves, like how Snape put Lilly's memory and Dumbledore's well-being above his own, and the Malfoy's even put their son before their loyalty to Voldemort and their own ambitions. Outside of the series, there are characters with strong Slytherin traits that act selflessly towards others close to them; such Flynn (from Tangled) put Rapunzel's freedom above his own life and ambition, Katniss (from the Hunger Games series) volunteered for her sister, going against her own self-preservation, Sherlock (BBC version) faked his death to protect John, and Jack Frost (Rise of the Guardians) sacrificed his life for his sister. It's not fair to say someone can't be a Slytherin because they act selflessly to those close to them. Yes, Tina did sometimes put Naveen first but she loved him, I don't think this is something she was do for just anyone, only those closest to her, she seemed very independent and focused on her own ambitions before she met Naveen.

I think that it would be interesting to see Meg and Hercules From Hercules, as well as Mulan and Shang from Mulan.

I'm fine with Naveen being placed in Slytherin - in fact His character in the beginning of the movie fits a slythering role pretty well. But there isn't just something that doesn't quite sit right with the Idea of him being a slytherin. I'm not sure what it is - and it's not the villain/hero thing. I love slytherins in fact and don't see them all as evil - just misunderstood.
This is going to bug me until I figure out why I can't entirely see him as a slytherin.

Haha, I'm not entirely sure what you mean about your Slytherin-not-Slytherin feelings with Naveen, but I do completely respect them XD If they come to you, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

So you know, Mulan and Shang are going to be the FIRST of the new round, and Meg and Herc are actually going to be the second or third (I've just been sooooooooo lazy as of late ughhhh).

YESS!!! I'm so excited to see them!!

And think what it might be is his sort of carefree nature in the beginning and while he does pretty much only care for himself, he just wants to have a good time and "dance through life" so to speak. His almost disrespect of Lawrence might place him into slytherin as well as his ambitiousness of jumping into the meeting with Dr, Falicer. (did I spell that right?) so for the most part he is pretty slytherin-esque but his carelessness doesn't seem entirely slytherin. There is also the attribute of his where if he set's his mind to something he can pretty much do it or will make an effort to - the biggest one might be that he wanted to change for Tiana. but then again as you said it matters who they were at the start of the movie and not so much the end. . .  again i don't really know - I could just be over thinking this Shrug Tantrum

Thank you so much for actually paying attention to character traits and not doing the typical "main characters are Gryffindor, villains are Slytherin, quiet ones/helpful minor characters are Ravenclaws, and unimportant characters are Hufflepuffs" thing.   I really hate when people never put "good" characters in Slytherin.  You've done a great job sorting all of them!!!

I see what you mean about early-movie Naveen as a Slytherin, athough I think I'd put him as a Gryffindor by the end (which I don't do lightly).  But I read what you said about sorting them as they started, and even by the end, I can see him as a Slytherin.  He's a tough one to sort.  I'll definitely have to think about it for awhile and I may completely change my mind by tomorrow. ;)  But Tiana is the embodiment of Hufflepuff.

I know people have said it already, but I do think Giselle would be interesting to see.  But it should really include both Prince Edward and... Patrick Dempsey (whose name in the movie isn't coming to me at the moment) for it to be completely perfect.  Good luck with all of your second set!!  :)

I'm sorry, I love literally every other sorting (I wanted to cry with joy when I saw you did not put Elsa in Slytherin, bravo, bravo, dear one) but Naveen in Slytherin doesn't make any sense. Naveen isn't ambitious because that requires hard work and perserverance, neither of which he has; he wants to take the easy way out and have fun. He's bold and flirty, not cunning. Definitely a Gryffindor...

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, Naveen doesn't really show any ambition or cunningness, it's actually Tiana who's ambitious. She's actually more a Slytherin than Naveen, but she's hardworking like a Hufflepuff but she works hard because she's ambitious. I'm not sure Naveen fits in Gryffindor either though, he doesn't seem very brave, at least in the beginning.

I applaud your dedication and attention to detail considering your apparent general disinterest in crossovers.

i agree with basically all of your housing choices, and the poses are nicely in character and in great proportions
